At The Turning Point, we believe in the power of community, growth, and healing. That's why we're excited to introduce our Rise Together: Strengthening Community Through Growth Fall 2023 programs. This series of events is designed for survivors of sexual assault. Participation is open to all survivors in our community, regardless of whether you've been a Turning Point client.

Revitalize and Thrive:

A Journey to Holistic Well-being

Thursday, October 5, 6:30 pm-8:00 pm

Join us on a journey toward holistic well-being. This empowering workshop explores physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health through activities, reflections, and practical strategies. Register here.


A Morning at the Stables

Saturday, October 21, 10:00 am-12:00 pm


Delve into equine communication and connection through interactive activities like grooming and forging meaningful bonds with these incredible animals. It's sure to be a morning of self-discovery.



Pilates for Resilience

Tuesday, November 7, 6:00 pm-7:30 pm

Join us for a transformative Pilates session that enhances both physical and mental well-being. Instructor Molly Wade will lead you through mind-body exercises, fostering inner strength, confidence, and balance.


Survivor Strong: Krav Maga

Friday, December 1, 5:30 pm-7:00 pm

Empower yourself with Krav Maga. Join experienced instructors who will guide you through practical self-defense techniques, boosting confidence and instilling real-world safety skills.
